Applications can only
processed if you:
- complete the form fully
- send the exam fee
- send 2 passport
photographs.
You can only take the exam if you can
show one of the following forms of identification:
Current, valid passport
IND Card
Your
National ID Card (it must have a photo and your signature and
must be in English characters)
No other form of ID is
acceptable.
